Ingredients for 12 servings:
Dough:
๐100g flour
๐ 20g Flavpowder Vanilla from Got7 (Ines10)
๐ 50g Neutral Classic Protein from Got7 (or vanilla - then no Flavpowder)
๐ 15g ground almonds
๐ 10g baking powder
๐ 1 egg
๐ 50g low-fat quark
Filling:
๐ 250g low-fat quark
๐ 10g vanilla pudding powder
๐ 10g Flavpowder Vanilla
๐ 12 raspberries
๐ 12 blueberries
Preparation:
Oven to 160 degrees circulating air (preheat 180 degrees top and bottom heat). Mix all ingredients for the dough and knead into a dough. Roll out thinly on a floured surface and divide into 12 parts (square). Mix the low-fat quark, flavpowder and vanilla pudding powder. Divide between the 12 parts (1 serving approx 1 tbsp). Place 2 berries on each. Fold the corners of the squares in the middle and press shortly afterwards. Bake until they are golden yellow and enjoy ๐
